One of the quickest and most updated places to search for homes. It's our site, so you wont be bothered by multiple agents trying to sell you a home.
For the quickest notification available, we can enter you on a search that notifies you the moment the listing agent hits enter on a new listing.
Do a Drive By...
We recommend, Once you've made a list to see, Drive by the homes... Make sure you like the home it allows you to:
1. Get to know the neighborhoods you are interested in.
2. Not inconvenience the sellers.
3. Have more time to spend on properties you have an interest in.
Please Consider Sellers
Most times sellers are still living in the home. Please be considerate. While emergencies happen. Last minute cancelling of appointments should be avoided.
Most homes require next-day appointments. We will try to schedule the showing as soon as we can. Our schedule fills quickly, so we highly recommend scheduling as soon as possible to assure your time. You can set appointments through your agent or our assistant
Looking at a home
When looking at a list of homes, we schedule 20 minutes for your initial visits. If you don't have an interest in a home, we can move on so you have more time at other homes. If you have interest in a property, we can come back for a second, longer look.
We recommend limiting your day to 3-5 homes (Unless time is limited.) When looking at multiple homes, it's amazing how one home will morph into another. Looking at 3-5 homes allows you to digest all of the properties that you have seen. Always take good notes
Hint: Nick Name
One trick that seems to help you remember homes is nick-naming properties. Find something memorable about the home and use it. We showed a house with a huge poster of Clint Eastwood... From then on we called it "Clint Eastwood."
Driving to Homes
Normally, we will meet you at a home and drive in our separate vehicles to the next location. Upon request, we can meet at our office and ride together.

Best way to reach us: We are full-time Realtors. We are working a minimum of 10 clients at a time. While we are busy, we are not too busy for you.
We respect our clients. If we are with you, we give you our full attention. Out of courtesy, We won't answer the phone... unless it is an emergency.
So, if you try to call us and we are not able to answer... Please leave a message. Realize that if we are in an area of poor reception... caller ID may not show up. So leaving a message is important.
